Yes definitely you can apply for all the management exams after completing your b.com degree.
In MBA colleges you have upper hand as to maintain diversity in their colleges they prefer non engineers like you to be enrolled in their college and plus you have already studied material related to management course so it helps you while pursuing your degree.
So without any doubt go for it you are definitely eligible to appear in all management courses. Only thing you need to satisfy the min 50% criteria in all academic degree like 10th 12th and graduation for general category and 45% for others.

BUT AFTER B.COM(PASS) NOT B.COM(HONS).
It doesn't matter as both are undergraduate degree. Only the course pattern is different. You can definitely eligible for MBA make sure to complete MBA.
