Can I apply for du by uploading class 12 marksheet saved from delhi university website? I am out of station and cannot get it from school.

Yes it is perfectly fine , you can attach the downloaded version for the du application.
During my admission procedure I too did the same. But during the final verification during the admission they demand the original one so make sure that you collect that from school by that time
