If you are interested in doing Integrated PhD then you can obviously apply for GATE after you BSc Mathematics provided you must be in the final year of your BSc. The rank can provide you admission to various national level universities for Integrated PhD program. Apart from this you can also give IIT JAM, TIFR GS, JEST examination for having a good research career ahead. Also as you are a mathematics student you can give the ISI entrance examination which can give you admission to M.Math and M.Stat examination in ISI which is quite a good place for mathematics.

Here is the eligibility criteria for BSC students to appear in the GATE examination- The Candidates must have completed or are in the final year of their postgraduate degree in any relevant subjects in science for which the duration of course should be at least 2 years.
Moreover, i f a candidate is expected to complete the qualifying criteria in 2022 or later, then he/she has to upload their Provisional Certificate Letter (as issued by the Head of the Institute/Dean/Registrar/Head of Department) or a copy of marks card for Section A of AMIE, etc.
