Can i apply for iiser 2018 exam as i am a dropper and i have appeared jee advance 2018
Admissions to IISER 2018 will be through three channels:
Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) Candidates will be offered admission on the basis of valid KVPY fellowship.
State and Central Boards Channel (SCB) channel Candidates opting for this channel will have to appear in an aptitude test, the details of which are given below.
Joint Entrance Examination of Indian Institutes of Technology (JEE) channel Candidates with valid JEE Advanced 2018 scores are eligible for direct admission.
Eligiblity for different Channels:
KYPY Channel: Under this category, candidates need to have a valid KYPY fellowship commencing 2018-19. In addition, candidates will have to meet the cutoff criteria that may be applicable.
JEE Channel: General Category candidates who have scored an All Inda Rank (AIR) within 10000 in the Common Rank List (CRL) inJEE Advanced 2018can apply. In case of reserved category candidates, they need to be ranked inside the top 10000 in their respective categories.
SCB Channel: Students seeking admission under this channel must meet the minimum cutoff percentage prescribed by IISER for their respective state boards. Additionally, candidates will have to appear in the IISER Aptitude Test to be considered for admission.
