Can I apply for Jammu Medical college under AIQ quota. I am UR and belong to Uttrakhand and got 516 marks, 40160 rank

Yes of course you can apply for Jammu medical college in AIQ quota.For neet examination there is 15% quota seats under All India Quota and 85% seats for the state quota. So as per the provision and that you have qualified for the Neet under General category, you can always apply for the medical colleges in other states.
