Tulsi applying for the JEE mains entrance exam doesn't require any percentage qualification / eligibility in that but yaah entering into the respective Institution there will be a eligibility criteria for that i e you should have the atleast score of the minimum 75% in the Class 12th if you are from the General Category and for the other categories it might get vary , so definitely yaah you can be Abel to apply for the JEE mains based upon your fetched percentage in Class 12th such that you can also be able to apply for the other engineering institute who are accepting the JEE mains score .

If you're in top 20 percentile in your state board then you're eligible as eligibility criteria for jee main is Candidates need to have secured a minimum 75% marks in class 12or equivalent exam or be in the top 20 percentile in their class 12.
