As I have searched there are only online options coming. I think the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti accepts only online application. However Mentioned below is the step by step procedure for applying for admission in JNVST:

• Visit the official website of Navodaya Vidyalaya samiti
• Search for the admission in JNV
• Click on the link related to class 6th JNVST 2021.
• And you display will appear on the screen
• Fill in all the personal details and academic details as asked.
• Submit the JNVST form
