Yes dear you can always apply to gulf countries for jobs.But the jobs are generally low paying and physical work is required.The basic technical education you have will fetch you jobs in Electrical,construction worker etc. jobs.Many Indians apply for jobs in gulf countries.Only apply for the job if you can work hard.
