Dear aspirants,
Student Should have studied and passed from a recognised institution situated in Karnataka. The academic study from a state institute should be for a minimum period of 7 years, starting from 1st standard to 2nd PUC/12th standard as on July 1 of the exam year.
Also, should have appeared/passed either SSLC/10th standard or 2nd PUC/12th standard exam from Karnataka.

The answer to your above question is NO you cannot apply for KCET if you do not have you study certificate of 7 years in accordance to the karnataka government
This exam is merely for local resident of this state,COMEDKis the option left out for you in case if you want to take admission in BTECH or medical line in karnataka
