You can definitely apply for admission in Delhi university, if you are a general category student, it is difficult for you to get a seat at 81% but still you can give a try on it.
You have to fill the under graduate registration form of Delhi university before 14th June 2019 and then wait for the subsequent cutoffs to come out.
