Can I apply for lhmc with 120 marks out of 720 in sc category and 12th Mar 66%.. Please guide. Can i eligible for this.......

hi,
see there is separate qualifying marks for candidates of each category. so if you got the qualifying score or marks above the qualifying score as per your category, you can definitely apply for state counselling as per your domicile criteria as well as All india quota counselling. the category wise qualifying score is as follows,
General 720-147
General-PH 146-129
SC/ST/OBC 146-113
SC/ST/OBC-PH 128-113
