Yes this is true if you give MAT entrance you will be not eligible to take admission in Maharashtra UNIVERSITY whether it is Nagpur University, Bombay University or Pune University. You need to apply through RIIM website and then there will be two rounds of interviews i.e. Telephonic and Skype interview. The result will be based on combine score of Entrance exam and two rounds of interviews

RIIM Pune takes through various management entrance exams. it takes through CAT, XAT, CMAT, Mhcet, ATMA, RIIM Test, AIMME Test.

The cutoff varies based on each test. Only those who hold a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate are eligible to apply for MBA and PGDM.

Admission will be through Institute level management entrance test- RIIM Entrance Test followed by GD and PI.
