Can I apply for MHT CET 2019. But I am a dropper...and if I got good marks like 170+..then can I take admission in COEP..plzz help me.

There is no matter whether you are dropper or not .while make sure you get good marks you can get COEP
While for cut off for the COEP IS PROVIDE IN BELOW LINK kindly check by category and year as well
