Can I apply for NDA that will held on November 2019 if I had compartment this year and will be appearing class 12 again next year?

No, you can't because you have to pass 12 with at least 65 to make it till final merit. Your compartment is a danger sign for you, you should opt for better options where you can have a chance with your level of competition.

I will be giving 12th again and I can get 80+ percentage. It is like I'm a 12th student again.

In order to apply for NDA exam there are different wings in which different criteria is there but it is necessary for all sections to be minimun 12th pass. Candidates appearing in class 12 is also eligible to apply but appearing/passing class 11 students are not eligible. so it will be difficult for you to apply for this exam in November if you will appear for class 12 next year. You said candidates appearing in class 12 can also apply. I'm in class 12 and I will clear my finals next year march. So that means I can apply too right?
I was suppose to clear 12 this year but due compartment I will be appearing 12 again. Am I eligible if I appear class 12 again?
Ohk for that you need to check the age limit criteria because minimum age limit ks 16.5 and maximum age limit is 19.5 years.
I have check the eligibility criteria. I'm qualified for all the rules that are given. So I'm eligible even if I had compartment? Right?
Then yes you can apply but before further stages of the recruitment process you need to clear your exams and produce your 12th marksheet.
