NEET 2020 is a National level Common Entrance test to get admission in various Medical, Veterinary and Dental Colleges in India. While filling the NEET 2020 Application form, 10th Mark list of Scanned copy is Mandatory. One has to Upload the Scanned copy of SSC Memo. So you can't make it optional.

I don't think, it is possible, probably because, 10th marksheet is given by the board, and 11th is provided by the school. So 10th marksheet is basically a government aprooved document. Therefore, 10th marksheet is required.

No. You cannot. Ypu will need to upload 10th passing certificate. If you do not have passing certificate, atleast 10th marks sheet should do. If you upload 11th certificate, your application might be rejected as the required document is of 10th's and not 11th's.

No you cannot, 10th marksheet is very important for any govt exam. And it is considered very important for many govt departments and educational institutions. You will have to fill details of 10th certificate in the form. If you have lost then ask the concerned board to provide you a duplicate copy. Your 10th certificate is very important. And for NEET you will also be required with 12th certificate, if you are appearing then you can apply and provide it later.
