Yes, you can apply for NEET given that you had Physics, Chemistry Biology/Biotechnology as your core subjects in your 12th standard.
If you had like what i mentioned above then you are eligible for NEET exam.
Now as you are pursuing BSc and If Biology, chemistry and Physics is not in your course then it will be 2 , else it could have been code 5 but since it is missing so your code will be 2.
See, though you are pursuing BSc but it does not have all the subjects that are required in NEET which are Physics, Chemistry and Biology as you have mentioned in your question. As you have you have Biology and Chemistry only as core subjects.
So according to this your highest qualification will be considered as 12th class in which you had Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
So your code will be 2.
According to code 2, all the students who have passed class 12th in 2020 or in past year, then they come under code 2.
So you should fill code 2.
