MANNU University is situated in Hyderabad and is recognised by UGC. I don't see why that should pose problem in your appearing for the NET exam. UGC NET is a centralised exam on the national level, it has nothing to do with the state you give your exam from. Either you give it from Maharashtra or Hyderabad or anywhere, it will not be an issue.
