TANCET 2019 is scheduled for May 19 and 20 in pen-paper mode. Candidates seeking admission to MBA, MCA and M.E. / M.Tech. / M.Arch./ M.Plan. programs offered by colleges affiliated with Anna University can apply online at annauniv.edu.

so yes you can apply,but I recomand you to  first check the eligiblity critera.
