Hello Dear,
TFWS mean Tution Fees Wavier Scheme. Yes you can apply for TFWS seats in second cap round of MBA. You have to make sure that you should fill up colleges according to your marks. The MAH CET MBA 2020 participating institutes will release individual cutoff on the basis of which counselling rounds will be conducted. For more information you can visit the following link.
