Yes, you can surely apply for both the JEE mains 2020 of january as well as april.As long as you are eligible you can apply for both the jee mains.

Yes ofcourse you can apply .
And it will be counted only one attempt.
April chance will be your golden chaance to improve your January score so that if someone do not score well in January he / she can try in same year and donot give one more year for taking admission in good college.
But there is separate registration for January and April exam.
You have to register for January exam now. And for April dates will be published soon ( it will be after January exam ).
