can i apply for up 85% state qouta as am domicile of up but i have caste certificate of Delhi

Dear aspirant,
According to your question and taking into consideration that you will apply for state quota , if you are resident of Delhi then you are absolutely eligible for 85% state quota and as you are saying that you have caste certificate of Delhi, i would personally recommend you to take out the caste certificate from up.
