Yes you can apply to the muslim minority qota and seek admission. It may be that you wont get a branch of your choice but you may try and get seat in other r ounds of counselling. Since you belong to privileged section so there are fine chances to get admission over there. Go with it and good luck!

When you'll fill the choices the option is persists there.
Actually my minority option remains blank now.. so u sure that there is a chance for the same??
