the last date of form filling is- 12 july , 2021.
last date of form filling with late fee- 19 july, 2021.

As per your query, I am very sorry to inform you that after the last date application forms are closed by the higher authorities. It is not possible to fill forms at that situation unless and until authorities extend their last date of form filling. In application forms,their is no concept of late fees. I would request you to focus on NIMCET exam
