Can I apply in Anna University being a year dropper from "other state", with 92% overall ( 87% in pcm) in class 12 ? Also will a private or govt college be alloted to "other state" candidates?

Yes you can.Me second Dropper.Got 92% overall and in P-99/100,m-100/100,c-100/100 in state board.I also applied.So,you can apply
