Yes, surely you can apply for UG online. But as far as possible, try to attend a college course going to a real college, as nothing replaces the traditional pen and paper. Students with online degrees are sometimes not considered for big opportunities otherwise. Also, you can't attempt entrance exams for PG too, with an online degree. Hence, I recommend you to go to a real college, and work hard there. Surely, you'll come with flying colours.
