@Ayushi Goyal: Yes you get admission in other colleges as well through CAT but if we talk about reputed colleges then it is directly IIM's. They are considered to be top management institutes in India.

Once you clear CAT exam you ultimately apply for IIM's.
After you give your exam and if you achieved a good percentile you might have chances to get a call from IIM which call you to come for their other ro
