No, you cannot use your JEE Main 2024 score for REAP 2025 admissions. REAP 2025 considers only the current year's JEE Main scores (i.e., JEE Main 2025) for admissions. If you haven't performed well in JEE Main 2025, your admission through REAP will primarily depend on your Class 12th percentile.
REAP 2025 Admission Priorities:

JEE Main 2025 Rank : Primary consideration is given to candidates' ranks in JEE Main 2025.
