yes you can surely attempt both the exams and is there is no exemption clause for attending only one exam.
make sure tht you study well for both exams.

Yes you can sit for both exams in a given year provided you had PCMB Combination in 12th.

Hey! of course you can write both NEET and JEE. But let me clear ot out that there is no JEE-Medical, JEE is conducted for B-Tech courses while NEET is conducted for admission into MBBS/BDS courses.
