There is no limit of Attempt in NEET. As per the eligibility there is age limit, You should not be more than 25 years to apply for the exam as a General category & 30 years as a reserved category. You can check the further eligibility with the gievn below link.

Yes, you can apply for the NEET exam there are no age limits (within prescribed age).
Candidates minimum age should be 17 years as on December 31, 209, and the maximum age should not be more than 25 years and 30 years for unreserved category.
If you fulfil this criteria then you can apply for the exam.
