can I attend 2nd phase counciling by keeping my seat in jntu karimnagar mechanical branch WHICH IS ALLOTTED IN first counciling by paying and reporting it can u pls say AND the paid fee in first allotted seat will be transfered if I get seat in JNTU HYDERABAD mechanical or JNTU KARIMNAGAR CSE

Definitely you can go for second round of counselling but if you get seat in the same college then fee will be transferred but if you get other college then you need pay fee in that college, the first alloted college will give your fee later.
According to the college norms the fee will get back to you.
