If you have Physics ,Chemistry ,Biology and Mathematics as the main subject in class 12th than surly you are eligible for both NEET as well as JEE mains.
Eligibility criteria for NEET - must passed 10+2 or equivalent with physics ,Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% of marks.
Eligibility criteria for JEE Mains - Candidate must have qualified 10+2 equivalent examination. compulsory subjects are - physics ,Chemistry and Biology.
Maximum for attempts can performed by the candidate, and no age limit is there.
Talking about Maharashtra Common Entrance cell (MHT CET) , It is a computer - based test for admission in B. tech and other course . There are so many Institute taking part .
Eligibility Criteria - candidate should have passed 12th with subjects Physics ,Chemistry ,Biology / Mathematics are the main subjects. With at least 45% marks.

Eligibility Criteria for MHTCET:-
- Nationality: Applicants must be Indian citizens.
- There is no upper age limit for applicants.
- Candidates must have passed a 10+2 or equivalent examination in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognised board/university. Candidates who are taking the qualifying exams can also apply.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 45 percent in their 10+2 or equivalent test to qualify. The minimal mark for reserved category candidates, however, is 40%.
Eligibility Criteria for NEET:-
- Candidates must have received a 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core courses.
- Aspirants who have completed Class 12 or equivalent are also eligible to apply for NEET.
- As on December 31, 2022, candidates must be 17 years old.
- Until the Supreme Court rules on the issue, there is no upper age restriction.
- The percentage necessary in class 12 for the NEET 2022 test is different for each category and may be seen below. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 are solely taken into account for PCB topics.

- There are no limitations on the number of attempts a candidate may make.

JEE Main Eligibility Criteria:-

- Candidates who will be taking their 12th grade or comparable qualifying examinations in 2022 are also eligible to apply.
- There is no upper age limit for taking the JEE Main 2022 test. Any student who has completed or will complete the 12th grade or its equivalent test in the years 2020, 2021, or 2022 is eligible to take the admission exam.
Students can take the JEE Main test for three years in a row. The admission examination will be held four times a year.
Dear applicant there is no bound restrictions that you cannot appear in these three examinations at the same time, so yes if you are capable enough to prepare for both Mathematics and Biology at the same time then you can appear NEET, JEE Mains and MHT CET exams at the same year.
