Can i attend spot counseling and get into an institution through spot without physical reporting in the previous institution allotted to me?

If you do not want a seat in the college that is alloted to you then there is no need to attend the physical reporting of that college,if you want to attend the spot counselling for some other option then you can simply go for the same.
