Can I be able to participate in csab special round? If I cancelled my alloted seat in josaa. How much will be the csab special round fees?

Yes you can participate in CSAB Special Round. The seat you get through CSAB Special Round cannot be withdrawn. Anyways, you can participate in the CSAB Special Round 2019. Also, the fees for the same is Rs.36,500 probably.
