You can do MTech in aerospace engineering from multiple streams in btech. The streams are

• Btech in aeronautical, or aerospace engineering
• Btech in Mechanical Engineering
• B. Tech Electrical Engineering

and then you have to appear for Gate exam to be eligible for Mtech in aerospace engineering.
