Pursuing medicine of course requires a lot of hard work and diligence. If you put in the efforts required there is no reason that you can not be a doctor.

Your marks in 10th alone do not determine your caliber as a student.

Get good marks in 12th class, because it's really important and also start to prepare for your dream to become a doctor. Prepare under good guidelines. Hope you are doing great.
You can become a doctor by clearing NEET exam only. You cannot become a doctor just on the basis of your 10th marks. Even if you score less ,you can gear up in class 11 and 12 as these form the foundation for NEET exam.
For applying for NEET exam, you have to get atleast 50% marks in the aggregate subjects of physics, chemistry, biology and English from a recognised board or equivalent.

Scores of 10 or 12 does not play an important role in securing the admission. NEET scores are the most important factors in deciding the admission in the college. Focus on getting a very good score to make sure that you grab the admission in your desired college. If you have a less score in 10 then do not worry much rather focus on your present and prepare for the exams to get a better score.
