To become a Gynaecologist you will have to do Md/ Ms Obstetrics and Gynaecology. And to be eligible for that you need to do mbbs first. And for getting admission in mbbs you need to be eligible for neet i. e you must have at least 50 % in 12th in aggregate of physics, chemistry & biology. So, with 80 % you are definitely eligible, nothing to worry at all.

To be eligible one must pass 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category. Also, needs to be at least 17 years old as on 31st December of the year of appearing for neet. General :- 50th Percentile
OBC:- 40th Percentile
SC :-40th Percentile
ST :- 40th percentile
To be on the safer side, out of 720 marks, target at least around 575 - 625 marks for state quota mbbs seats and 650 marks in neet for All india quota mbbs seats if you belong to general category to get a seat in a Government Medical College

-----------------------------------) In the counselling, you can get a seat in a college on the basis of your rank in NEET examination and the category you belong to .
