Can i become a professor after studying bcom +UGC Net?????

Hello,

If you want to become a professor then you should have masters' degree to appear for UGC NET. With B.Com. you can't apply for the NET exam.

Before appearing for the exam must check out the eligibility criteria.

Candidates who are willing to appear in UGC NET should be well aware with the eligibilities for the exam. As per the UGC NET Eligibility Criteria, the candidate who is in the final year of Post-Graduation or have passed his post-graduation with 55% (For General) or 50% (For ST/SC/OBC/PWD) marks from a government recognized institute are eligible to appear for the exam.

For the assistant professor, there is no upper age limit to apply.

Hello Vartika! According to thr rules of UGC, you need to have a Ph.D. if you want to be a professor as you are not allowed to be a professor without a Ph.D.. Hope this helps!
