IBPS SO is a common recruitment process through which candidates are offered a job role in participating banks. Candidates who hold a degree in Agricultural courses can apply for Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I). It is a yearly entrance test which is conducted by IBPS.

Candidates who hold 4 years of degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Fishery Science/ Dairy Science/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ Agriculture Business Management or any other such relevant degree can appear in IBPS SO examination.
