To be eligible of becoming IAS minimum Undergraduation degree from a recognised College or University, is required for being eligible for UPSE IAS exam.
Yes, you can become IAS Officer after studying in IIIT or any other Institution but you need to get good score in UPSC Civil Services Examination to become IAS Officer.
After completion of Graduation you need to appear for UPSE IAS exam. Exam is conducted in three stages.
Prelims
Mains
Personal Interview
You have to qualify all three stages with good score and also Medical fitness test too. Based on your performance in exams you'll be given posts like IAS, IPS, IFS, etc.
After completion of studies in IIIT you can choose any path either job or further studies.
