Hey,
You can become a bank manager after subsequent promotions after selection as a Probationary Officer(Assistant Manager). You can join the Probationary officer post after getting selected in IBPS PO. So, for IBPS PO, you need graduation in any stream. So, a degree in a particular field do not help as such to be a Bank Manager. So, even after pursuing B.COM (//B.COM) in accounting and finance, you can be a bank manager, but after clearing entrance exam and interview and after subsequent period.
