No you can't pursue fields like :
- cardiology
- Orthopedic
- Anesthesiologist
- Radiologist .. etc.
Although you have a opportunity to pursue a MD course in the fields mentioned below:
- Panchkarma
- Gynecology
- Pediatric
- General Medicine
- Pathology
- Swasthvrutta
- Rasshastra and Bhaisajyakalpana
- Charak samhita
- Shalakya Tantra etc
As you have understood that you can only do MD in ayurvedic subjects nothing except that.
