For becoming a food Inspector, candidates need to just have completed their Bachelor's degree in any stream with an aggregate percentage of 50% from any recognized institute. There is no such specific degree required to become a Food Inspector. You need to appear for an entrance examination conducted by the Central and state agencies as per the vacancies available for the food Inspector post. By doing B.tech Food Technology, you can surely become a food Inspector.
