No, you have to appear for GATE exam to be eligible for counselling for M.tech programs .
A merit list will be released then from the University site to show the shortlisted candidates eligible for M.Tech programs .
The following documents you need to require for admission :
- GATE Admit Card
- Photo ID
- Class X and XII marksheet and certificate
- Graduation Marksheet and certificate
- Category Certificate(If required) and few more
