Dear aspirant
You haven't written your question so clearly so next time try to write exact thing which you want to know. Although I will tell you the process of obtaining pharmacy license.
After 10th choose science stream then after 12th do either D.pharm(2 yrs) or B.pharm(4 yrs). After that you have to do training of 500 hours in dispensing medicines from any recognised hospital. Then you have to register yourself in your state pharmacy council, they will provide you the license by charging some amount. This license will be valid for 5 yrs, after that you have to renew it.
So you can't get pharmacy license on basis of 10th class you will have to do your 12th in science stream then you can do diploma or bachlore degree then you will be an eligible pharmacist.
For opening any shop you can hire any local pharmacist and you can put his registration no. And then you can do your buisness.
Hope this information helps you
All the best !!
