can i cancel my seat in second extended round of kcet 2021 if I don't that college.
Hello,
As per the information given in the information brochure if a candidate fails to report to the college after allotment of seats in the Second Extended Round of the counselling legal action will be initiated against such candidate in accordance with law. After the second extended seat allotment a candidate cannot exercise any choice. So, you cannot cancel the seat allotted in the second extended round. You need to get admission in the allotted institute by paying the prescribed fee and report at the allotted institute.
Hello, I hope you are doing well
Yes , you can cancel your current allotted seat if you don't want to join that college for any reason. Just don't report to the college at the specified time which is given to you and it will be cancelled automatically.
But, since this is extended round you should know that there are no further rounds except for mop-up which only happens if seats are left, so if you are waiting for MOP UP then don't cancel the seat. You can cancel your seat if you have already got a seat in another college or If you are thinking about dropping a year and giving the exam again.
Hope this helps.
But my other question is, If we surrender 2nd extended round KCET seat, then Can we participate in KEA NEET counselling this year and also next year's?
pls reply ASAP
But it is mentioned that if we don't report to the college leagal action will be initiated.. that is the cause of worry
