Dear Ajay, am guessing that you are enquiring about MHTCET application form. I would suggest you leave the form the way it is because you can make corrections to the fields as Name, Date of Birth, Qualifying exam details, the course you want to take up details and the Institution you want to join details. You can make corrections to the application form until the last date. If the reason why you want to fill another application is entering wrong information in any of the above-mentioned criteria, you can correct them during the correction window. There is no cancellation of an application form. You only get to fill in a new application form using different email id and a contact number.
