Hello Kumar,
You cannot carry money into exam hall but even piece of paper also not allowed. I also faced this issue when i am writing JEE mains.
Probably very luckily college management provide small lockers infront college before entering into exam there i give money, mobile etc.
After they will check me properly then I am allowed to exam hall.
Please note all colleges not provide locker facility.

Hey aspirant,
You can only carry your sanitizer and water bottle to the examination Hall along with your admit card. The mask and the gloves has to be worn.
Other than these things you are not allowed to carry anything inside the examination Hall.
Hope it helps.
Good luck.

Hello candidate ,
I hope you are doing well.
You can carry just money in your pocket ,because people come from distant areas . so carry money in your pocket , but do not take any kind of wallet with you inside the examination hall.
Only Admit card , your passport size photo and a valid ID proof with you.
Hope this was helpful , Thank you.
All the best.
