See as per the instructions and list of allowed items in the examination center are:
Printout of JEE Main admit card
Self declaration undertaking form (filled and unsigned)
Passport size photograph
Transparent ballpoint pen
Valid photo ID proof
Hand sanitizer (50 ml)
Transparent water bottle
PwD certificate (if applicable)
Food items for diabetic students
As per this or by the allowed objects in the back of your admit card there are no mentions of money. Thus the possibility is 50% that you can take or may not take. But one thing is sure that you can take the pursue but you can take little amount of money in your pocket. Now as per internet its allowed that you can take little money inside the examination center. But I would say you should ask the officials before entering the examination center about this. If they confirm then take it, if they say no then keep it in your bag.
