This will depend on

  1. Your rank
  2. Number of vacancies of your category in your college of choice

If your rank is good enough and there are vacancies, you will have to attend the counselling to be upgraded to your college of choice. The college which was preciously allotted to you will handle the paperwork (all your certificates will be transferred by the college itself). You will then attend the admission and medical procedure of your new college.
