Can i change branch architecture to CSE at jadavpur university

Hello Gaurav,
As far as the branch change is considered, the branch change option is available for all the B.E. courses throughout the University. Now since when you join Architecture, you are enrolled with an B.Arch system, as a result of it you can't change your department to any of the B.E. seats. Hope that helps.
